1. New Course – COMS 422 Rhetorics of Science, Technology & Medicine
In this upcoming spring quarter, Cal Poly is offering a new class called “Rhetorics of Science, Technology & Medicine”. It is open to all majors and the only pre-requisite is that you have completed the GE Area A and have junior standing.

A new section of CPE 101 has been opened for Spring and it meets TR 12:10-3:00.

3. One Heart Source One Heart Source volunteer opportunity
One Heart Source is currently accepting applications for our 2016 Volunteer Programs. We are offering immersive 1, 2 and 4 week service-learning programs in Jamaica and South Africa this summer!
As an OHS Volunteer you will:

4. Gatekeeper Systems Engineering Summer Job Position
Gatekeeper Systems is hiring for a position that will require the candidate to be very involved in system and software validation and verification. They will help create test criteria by working with the design engineer, reviewing documentation, and through their own creativity. They will be tasked with testing embedded firmware on a range of products and also for verifying system level performance of multiple interconnected items.
