There is lots of interesting research about some of these feelings (*), but in this lean-in circle we will examine these topics from our personal perspective and discuss the times when we have felt these various sentiments in tech with a particular focus on when we have felt the most equal/comfortable. My goal is to hear from you all about your varied experiences and for us to work together to build some ideas about what helps us feel the most capable of continuing with our curiosity for computer science/tech.” - Dr. Zoe Wood
