13. CPConnect Project Funding Opportunity
The Cal Poly Interdisciplinary Projects Program (CPConnect) facilitates donor sponsored interdisciplinary projects for faculty and students. Our mission is to provide a link between donors and resources that are available at Cal Poly to ensure that projects are properly funded and have the technical expertise required for completion. All projects that enable students to explore the integration of technologies to solve problems will be considered. Proposals can include funding for equipment, materials/supplies, and travel to conferences, competitions, and project sponsors. The typical range for requested funds should be in the $500 to $5,000 range. We anticipate funding 5-10 projects each quarter. For more details, see the attached Request for Project Proposals, or go to the CPConnect website at https://cpconnect.calpoly.edu/. Please note that proposals must be submitted using the "Proposal Template”, which can be found on the CPConnect website. Applications are due October 31st.
